Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee user stories, tickets, and backlog items in collaboration with technical teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with delivery timelines.

• Coordinate daily activities among team members to maintain alignment and drive momentum.

• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, developers, and leadership.

• Track task completion and proactively identify and address risks or delays.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports.

• Ensure clarity and completeness of requirements as well as acceptance criteria.

• Organize and prioritize numerous tasks in a dynamic environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, agile support, or a similar role.

• Proficient in writing user stories, tickets, and managing backlogs (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to comprehend and convey technical terminology effectively.

• Proven ability to manage tasks proactively and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with federal project environments or compliance requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools.

• Federal Consulting Experience.
