This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the effective launch and execution of a comprehensive array of HR surveys, encompassing McLean & Company’s Employee Engagement, New Hire, Exit, and Management & Governance surveys.
• Facilitate client scoping discussions to comprehend client objectives and requirements, and develop a detailed project plan.
• Design and conduct tests for surveys.
• Initiate surveys and address any participant inquiries or concerns.
• Utilize proprietary survey software to meet the diagnostic needs of clients effectively.
• Uphold quality assurance and control measures.
• Respond to client inquiries and manage client expectations while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
• Recognize and pursue opportunities for enhancing processes.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Background in employee surveys and/or research
• Familiarity with survey software
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce
• Acquainted with agile project management techniques
• Experience or familiarity with HR practices
