This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Overseeing the progress of projects and generating status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Assisting in the scheduling of resources to ensure team members have what they need to accomplish their tasks.
• Arranging stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing project management documentation such as the project plan, budgets, schedules, or scope statements as directed by the Project Manager.
• Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks related to project management.
• Actively supporting team members with a focus on finalizing all deliverables.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Project Coordinator position.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and feedback constructively.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in delivering formal presentations to all levels of management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s Degree in business administration or management.
• Project Management Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Project Management software such as Wrike, Scoro, or similar tools.
