This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The Project Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of Real-World research projects, ensuring that participant records remain accurate, incentives are processed correctly, and queries from panellists are addressed promptly.
• This position entails coordinating various project administration tasks, updating project trackers, identifying and escalating issues, and supporting the broader project team to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Logistics & Shipment Monitoring
• Oversee the delivery status of participant packs and PSCs.
• Verify tracking numbers and assess estimated delivery dates.
• Identify any delivery challenges and notify the relevant team members for further action.
• Keep precise shipment records and update project trackers as necessary.
• Discrepancy Investigation & Resolution Support
• Assist in investigating discrepancies between Pre-Recruitment Form (PRF) data and Patient Self Completion (PSC) records.
• Collect and organize information required by the Custom Recruitment (CR) team to examine and address issues.
• Document findings and maintain clear records of discrepancies and the actions taken.
• Panellist Queries Support
• Provide assistance with enquiries from panellists.
• Deliver clear, professional, and prompt responses to questions related to the project.
• Escalate more complex issues as needed and ensure appropriate follow-up is completed.
• Incentive Administration
• Calculate and process participant incentives according to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of incentive disbursements.
• Review participant completion data to confirm incentive eligibility where applicable.
• General Support
• Offer assistance to the wider team with general administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, administrative, or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with survey platforms such as Confirmit is a plus.
• Previous experience in a project coordination, project support, or administrative role would be beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, with the capability to maintain accuracy while handling data and project records.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written communication abilities, especially when responding to participant enquiries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Must be willing to work during UK shift hours.
