Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take comprehensive meeting minutes and maintain clear, actionable records of discussions.

• Create and oversee action lists, ensuring tasks are monitored and completed effectively.

• Track project timelines and deadlines across various active projects.

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure progress and accountability.

• Prepare weekly project status reports summarizing progress, risks, and outstanding actions.

• Draft and send coordination emails on behalf of the team to ensure clear communication.

• Maintain organized project documentation, files, and records.

• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination, operations administration, or an executive assistant role.

• Strong written Australian English skills, with the ability to compose clear, professional communications.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through without constant supervision.

• Background in construction, architecture, or interior design environments (preferred).

• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in using project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems.

• Professional and dependable, with a strong sense of accountability in task ownership and follow-ups.
