• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to project delivery.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination, operations administration, or an executive assistant role.
• Strong written Australian English skills, with the ability to compose clear, professional communications.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through without constant supervision.
• Background in construction, architecture, or interior design environments (preferred).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in using project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems.
