This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative and logistical support, ensuring seamless coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate all team meetings, working sessions, and governance forums, ensuring proper attendance, agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain and oversee action item logs, ensuring timely tracking, updates, and resolution of tasks and decisions.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of project plans and schedules, including updates to milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Utilize Confluence and Jira for managing project documentation, tracking work items, and supporting Agile delivery processes.
• Create and maintain documentation and collaborative content through Google Docs and Google Workspace tools.
• Aid in the onboarding process for new resources, especially those involved with CMS contracts, ensuring all access, documentation, and orientation materials are thoroughly prepared.
• Support the tracking of risks and issues, which includes logging, updating, and escalating program risks and blockers when necessary.
• Generate and disseminate status reports, summaries, and updates for internal teams and government stakeholders.
• Assist in the review and editing of technical documents, ensuring grammar accuracy, formatting consistency, and clarity improvements for program documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Keep organized records of project artifacts in line with federal documentation and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 4 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or program administration roles.
• Experience in federal government contracting environments, ideally supporting CMS or healthcare-related programs.
• Proven experience in supporting project plans, schedules, and delivery tracking within complex environments.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for Agile project tracking and documentation management.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) for collaboration and documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with CMS contract onboarding processes, including resource setup, documentation access, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience in risk and issue tracking, including maintaining logs and assisting with mitigation follow-up.
• Experience in preparing and distributing status reports and executive summaries.
• Background in supporting technical reviews, editing, and ensuring documentation quality assurance.
• Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across various teams and stakeholders.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Must be a resident of the Continental US.
