Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and oversee project initiatives across various teams to guarantee the successful implementation of healthcare IT and AI-driven solutions.

• Develop and uphold project schedules and timelines.

• Monitor progress against established milestones and manage updates to resources.

• Coordinate activities related to go-live readiness with both internal teams and clients.

• Create and disseminate project status updates and communications for stakeholders.

• Organize and record project meetings, including minutes and action items.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related discipline.

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination specifically within healthcare IT.

• Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Confluence, Asana).

• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

• PMP/CAPM certification or familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred).

• Understanding of healthcare compliance or clinical workflows (preferred).
