Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee pilot and initial phase projects from concept to production launch.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and operational workflows.

• Assist with solution setup, testing, and validation processes.

• Evaluate project data and workflows to inform implementation choices.

• Facilitate communication among Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Operations teams.

• Prepare updates on projects, meeting summaries, and status reports.

• Identify risks or obstacles and escalate issues when necessary.

• Support quality assurance checks and operational reviews.

• Record processes, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting support, or similar positions.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, or data analysis.

• Interest in technology, AI, and innovative solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Nice to Have: Experience or background in healthcare, medical, or health-related fields.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.

• Experience in supporting client-facing projects or consulting activities.

• Knowledge of project management tools.
