This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Organize extensive capacity building and compliance support for Alaska Native victim services programs
• Collaborate closely to monitor progress and assist grantees in implementing tailored assistance plans
• Facilitate access to subject matter experts, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and valuable resources
• Offer guidance on utilizing technology to provide services in rural and remote settings
• Build partnerships and collaborate with regional assistance providers
• Provide logistical support for training sessions, including webinars, peer learning exchanges, and communities of practice
• Assist in strategic planning efforts
• Identify and disseminate culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices, resources, and strategies
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting Alaska Native communities in the area of victim services
• Must be located in Alaska
• U.S. citizenship is mandated by federal government contract
• Willingness to travel if necessary
• This role requires a Public Trust security clearance.
