This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily functions of the Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments.

• Lead and manage department personnel, which includes scheduling, assigning duties, delegating tasks, and monitoring their performance.

• Organize and prioritize field projects to ensure timely scheduling and completion of work.

• Act as a liaison among project coordinators, field technicians, clients, laboratories, and internal departments.

• Manage client communications, covering project updates, clearance results, technical inquiries, pricing, proposals, and service-related issues.

• Analyze and interpret laboratory results and technical findings, accurately conveying pertinent information.

• Supervise the preparation, review, and approval of reports, reporting tables, invoices, emails, and other client deliverables.

• Collaborate with laboratories regarding sample analysis, results, turnaround times, and any issues affecting timelines.

• Facilitate cross-training for team members and develop workflows that uphold operational efficiency and coverage.

• Conduct departmental meetings, track project progress, pinpoint bottlenecks, and address any issues related to deadlines or client satisfaction.

• Train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

• Manage shifting priorities and resolve intricate operational and client-related challenges.

• Foster strong client relationships and promote customer satisfaction.

• Assist the Operations Director with departmental planning, resource allocation, and process enhancements.

• Be prepared to work outside of regular business hours, including occasional Saturdays, as necessary to meet operational deadlines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• At least 2 years of experience in the environmental sector or a related field.

• Previous experience in supervising staff and managing departmental operations, schedules, and workloads.

• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Excellent leadership, delegation, and decision-making capabilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a professional and client-service-oriented demeanor.

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, field technicians, laboratories, homeowners, and internal teams.

• Familiarity with environmental testing, laboratory analysis, and associated technical concepts.

• Experience in reviewing and interpreting laboratory results, technical reports, and other project documentation.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing reports, invoices, emails, and client deliverables.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to learn company databases, project management systems, and various software applications.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, resolve problems swiftly, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Experience in training, mentoring, and developing team members.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• High standards of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

• Proactive in identifying and eliminating obstacles for clients and internal teams.

• Demonstrated remote work experience with a dedicated home office arrangement, reliable computer, quality headset, and stable internet connection.

• Willingness to work a Monday-Saturday operational schedule as required, including occasional work beyond regular business hours.

• Preferred: Experience in environmental consulting, environmental testing, industrial hygiene, or a similar technical services sector.

• Preferred: Certifications in Asbestos, Lead, or Industrial Hygiene, such as CAC, LI-RA, or CMI.

• Preferred: Prior laboratory experience.

• Expected to maintain the confidentiality of company business records, including customer databases, employee information, client details, and business referral sources.
