This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
β’ Oversee all functions and personnel within the company's Project Coordinating Department and Field Tech Department.
β’ Participate in weekly report meetings with the Project Coordinating Department.
β’ As a Department Head, you may be required to work beyond regular business hours occasionally (including Saturdays) to fulfill operational deadlines.
β’ Communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and handle a wide array of projects.
β’ Facilitate cross-training of employees to ensure functional redundancies across project roles and responsibilities.
β’ Develop and supervise the allocation of tasks within the Project Coordinating Department and Field Tech Department.
β’ Directly manage employee schedules, duties, and roles while ensuring a highly efficient office operates from Monday to Saturday.
β’ Work swiftly and efficiently under high-pressure situations involving complex problems/projects and deliver solutions to challenging circumstances.
β’ Supervise a dynamic office environment, clarify tasks, and provide guidance on projects.
β’ Schedule projects, coordinate technicians, provide updates and results to clients, and ensure timely project completion.
β’ A B.A. or B.S. degree from a four-year university.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in the Environmental or related industry.
β’ Certifications in Asbestos, Lead, and Industrial Hygiene are advantageous (CAC, LI-RA, CMI).
β’ Laboratory experience is a plus.
