• Collaborate with transformation and technology leadership to establish effective communication strategies, creating essential materials such as leadership briefings, release communications, and messages for end-users.
• Implement the IT transformation communications strategy to ensure messages are aligned with leadership, maintain consistent narratives, and adhere to the appropriate timing for various stakeholder groups.
• Work alongside IT workstreams (such as engineering, infrastructure, and data) to convert leadership directives into tailored communications for the teams affected.
• Collect and analyze feedback related to technology transformation, identifying trends among associates and business partner stakeholders.
• Observe user adoption patterns and propose measures to enhance engagement and acceptance of changes.
• Monitor and report on workforce readiness and capability KPIs associated with IT delivery milestones (for instance, training completions, transitions in roles, and system adoption rates).
• Summarize change progress and organizational indicators into succinct, executive-level reports.
• Collaborate with the Transformation Management Office (TMO), technology leadership, and HR to facilitate upskilling, reskilling, and workforce transition initiatives.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications to provide culture-aware change communications that align with system releases, agile sprints, and critical program milestones.
• Actively identify and escalate risks related to staff, utilizing analytical problem-solving techniques to assess impact and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation roles, ideally within IT or digital initiatives.
• More than 5 years of experience in supporting large-scale technology projects (such as cloud migration, ERP implementations, data platforms, or cybersecurity programs).
• 3-5 years of experience with agile technology delivery methodologies and transformation program frameworks.
• Proficient in using Power BI and SQL analytics to monitor adoption, workforce readiness, and transformation KPIs, converting findings into executive-ready reports.
• Skilled in Atlassian Jira and Confluence to aid in agile delivery, transformation governance, and documentation of changes.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools to manage cross-functional initiatives and track transformation benchmarks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for leadership communications, dashboards, and reporting.
