Project & Billing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations within the Design Services department.

• Assess and handle design requests.

• Input tasks into the design department’s workflow system.

• Process billing related to design projects.

• Deliver customer service and prepare/quote pricing for design initiatives.

• Analyze the technical specifications of incoming artwork.

• Assess and manage internal workload, production, and external reporting.

• Uphold policies regarding image usage, fonts, and stock photography.

• Resolve artwork issues pertaining to DPI, color mode, fonts, sizing, layout, and image quality.

• Execute basic artwork requests utilizing Adobe Suite software.

• Guide customers on internal manufacturing and vendor printing restrictions and requirements.

• Engage with customers in a sales consultant manner and suggest opportunities to enhance design services.

• Follow up on pending orders, unfinished projects, and outdated tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with 4 years of experience/training in Graphic Design, Printing, Art, or Computers.

• Proven ability to address customer escalations under general supervision by applying company policies and procedures.

• Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.

• Proficiency with systems is preferred.

• Understanding of product knowledge and customer service policies and procedures is preferred.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities are preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills are preferred.

• Basic mathematical skills are preferred.
