This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• **Your Responsibilities**
• *Shopify & Content Management*
• - Upload and refresh products, collections, pages, menus, and metafields on Shopify
• - Create and sustain content mapping documents
• - Establish redirects, tags, and perform basic backend configurations
• - Ensure that the live theme content aligns with the approved updates
• *Project Coordination*
• - Maintain cleanliness, assignment, and timeliness of ClickUp tasks
• - Dispatch templated client progress updates (pre-written, not from scratch)
• - Manage timelines and highlight overdue tasks to the project manager
• - Organize meetings and oversee calendar invitations
• *Quality Assurance & Documentation Support*
• - Conduct checklist-based implementation reviews
• - Identify blockers or overlooked QA steps before they escalate
• - Take comprehensive notes during sprint or client discussions
• - Prepare process documentation utilizing provided templates
• **What We Seek**
• *Essential:*
• - 1–2+ years in a virtual assistant, e-commerce operations, administrative, or project support role
• - Basic to intermediate experience with the Shopify backend (including product uploads or page edits)
• - Familiarity with at least one project management tool: ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.
• - Excellent written English skills — clear, professional, and self-sufficient
• - You identify your own errors before they are noticed by others
• *Preferred:*
• - Experience in an agency or multi-client environment
• - Knowledge of Figma (ability to read comments, not design)
• - Background in supporting multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously
