Project Assessor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for guiding the direction, completion, and results of all designated building assessment projects.

• Executes various forms of building evaluations.

• Develops a detailed report that accurately reflects onsite observations.

• Manages communication with local Building, Zoning, and/or Fire Departments regarding any outstanding violations.

• Travels via Plane, Motor Vehicle, or Train to client/project locations throughout the U.S. as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Candidates without a degree may be considered if they possess extensive relevant experience (typically five years or more) and can demonstrate knowledge equivalent to that obtained through the required education.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory, with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record).
