Project Analyst – Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related support.

• Facilitate the documentation of negotiations and ensure compliance with contract process requirements.

• Assist in the development of costs and rates to guarantee the financial viability of projects.

• Manage all facets of project maintenance.

• Oversee responsibilities related to invoicing and progress reporting.

• Communicate financial updates to stakeholders.

• Provide support for subcontracts and purchase orders.

• Interact with contractors and suppliers.

• Process and code subcontractor and vendor invoices.

• Offer billing collections assistance as necessary.

• Track and report on project progress.

• Evaluate the ongoing success of projects.

• Assist with project closeout, which includes final accounts and contractual matters.

• Manage and maintain contractual and financial documentation for projects.

• Undertake additional tasks as required by changing needs.

• May offer mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to less experienced team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Project Support or a related field.

• A degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.

• Capability to perform complex technical and administrative tasks.

• Expertise in cost and rate development as well as contract support.

• Experience in subcontract and purchase order support.

• Strong skills in monitoring and reporting project progress.

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
