Project Analyst – Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for contract support

• Oversee the documentation of negotiations and ensure compliance with contract processes

• Assist in the development of costs and rates to guarantee the financial viability of projects

• Manage all aspects of project maintenance to ensure seamless operations across project sections

• Take charge of invoicing and reporting on progress

• Communicate financial updates to stakeholders

• Provide support for subcontracting and purchase orders, coordinating with contractors and suppliers

• Handle the coding and processing of invoices from subcontractors and vendors

• Offer assistance with billing collections as necessary

• Support the monitoring and reporting of project progress

• Regularly evaluate the success of ongoing projects

• Assist with project closeouts, including final accounts and contractual issues

• Organize and manage all contractual and financial project documentation

• Undertake additional tasks as needed in response to evolving demands

• May provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Project Support or a related field

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

• Capability to carry out complex technical and administrative tasks

• Expertise in cost and rate development along with contract support

• Proficient in handling subcontracting and purchase order support

• Strong skills in monitoring and reporting on project progress

• Must pass a pre-employment background check
