This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee daily campaign optimization for a range of advertisers, ensuring KPI targets (CPA, ROAS, retention) are met with the support of senior traders.
• Implement optimization strategies for supply-side and audience, which include managing publishers, adjusting bids, and utilizing dayparting across various ad formats (banner, video, native, CTV).
• Conduct A/B tests on bids, budgets, creatives, and geographies as part of comprehensive testing plans; record findings and contribute insights to the Trading Playbook.
• Track pacing and budget distribution on a daily basis, proactively identifying risks and instances of under-delivery.
• Develop a solid understanding of mobile attribution (postback flows, attribution windows, MMP integrations) and its impact on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Utilize SQL for extracting and analyzing campaign data from internal databases, gradually gaining proficiency with joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Acquire skills in leveraging LLMs (GPT/Claude) for recurring analyses, data briefs, and performance diagnostics, which is integral to our team's operations.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of dashboards and reporting tools utilized by the trading team.
• Cultivate your analytical instincts: learn to pose the right questions, grasp the factors driving performance, and utilize available tools (SQL, AI, BI tools) to derive answers.
• Collaborate with CSMs to comprehend client objectives and clearly communicate the status of campaigns.
• Aid in the preparation of QBRs and client-facing deliverables in conjunction with senior traders.
• Work alongside Product Support to resolve delivery challenges and with Supply to address inventory quality inquiries.
• 1–3 years of experience in programmatic ad buying, ad operations, or related adtech fields.
• Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution principles, with hands-on experience being preferable.
• Strong analytical mindset; basic SQL skills or a proven eagerness to learn quickly.
• A genuine interest in AI and automation — while expertise is not required, enthusiasm for using LLMs in daily tasks is essential.
• Nice-to-have: Exposure to Python, CTV/OTT, or mobile in-app DSP platforms.
• Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communicator who is comfortable asking questions and collaborating with various teams.
