This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a liaison between commercial advertising technology and the US Government.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for our software suite.
• Collaborate in the development of training programs and the optimization of programmatic campaigns.
• Offer real-time support to clients executing advertising and messaging initiatives.
• Keep abreast of new programmatic technologies and platforms.
• Proactively develop and sustain a thorough knowledge base for our internal teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, focusing on programmatic advertising operations.
• Strong grasp of programmatic advertising concepts, including real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
• Familiarity with programmatic ad platforms such as Beeswax, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr.
• Knowledge of digital advertising standards and Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) specifications.
• Excellent communication abilities, planning skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience in delivering training both in-person and virtually to a varied audience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel.
• Proficient in office automation and communication tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom.
• Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government clearance up to TS/SCI level.
