Programista .Net – Regular, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Performing design and implementation tasks within IT systems, particularly those utilizing Oracle technologies.

• Working collaboratively with end-users and business stakeholders to collect and assess data requirements for new solutions, with a focus on outlining general tasks and business concepts.

• Engaging actively in the internal software testing process.

• Developing and revising both technical and functional system documentation.

• Participating in the creation of new solutions and determining technical strategies.

• Taking initiatives to enhance data quality in systems and applications that export data to the data warehouse.

• Assisting in the evaluation of technical specifications, as well as project, technical, and administrative documentation produced by third-party vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of programming experience in IT projects utilizing C#, .NET (including v4.5), WCF, SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), HTML, and ASP.NET MVC.

• Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Familiarity with Visual Studio Ultimate 2013.

• Understanding of unit testing and the automation of testing processes.

• Demonstrated experience in web application development.

• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

• Hands-on experience in designing and programming IT systems for financial institutions or similar enterprise environments that exemplify scale, complexity, and quality standards.

• A high level of independence, goal orientation, and consistency in task execution.

• Excellent organizational skills, quick learning capability, and ability to work in a team.

• Proficient in analyzing business and system requirements, particularly with analytical thinking and clear communication.

• Capability to effectively collaborate with business clients, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

• Strong communication skills, natural curiosity, and negotiation prowess.

• Proficiency in English sufficient for working comfortably with technical documentation and literature.
