Lead Consultant – .NET, Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Leading the effective execution of technology initiatives for major enterprise clients.

• Establishing robust relationships with business and technology stakeholders across all levels.

• Overseeing project outcomes, managing delivery risks, prioritizing tasks, and aligning with client expectations.

• Offering leadership, coaching, and mentoring to consultants and development teams.

• Engaging hands-on with the Microsoft technology stack, contributing to solution design and development.

• Collaborating with clients to identify business challenges and craft technology solutions.

• Promoting best practices in architecture, engineering, delivery, and quality assurance.

• Assisting in pre-sales, shaping solutions, and providing technical leadership as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in delivering software solutions within financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or fintech sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and maneuver through complex business landscapes.

• Proven experience in leading projects, managing delivery teams, and coordinating technical resources.

• Proficient in designing and implementing projects using ASP.NET and React (7+ years).

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Tech Stack, including Functions, Azure DevOps, AKS, SQL, Data Factory, etc.

• AWS skills are a plus.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and modern application architecture.
