Full-Stack Developer – Python/Java/React, Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain essential features across the entire technology stack;

• Design and improve both the primary application of the company and internal Admin Interfaces;

• Create high-fidelity user interfaces and experiences;

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers;

• Work in tandem with another developer and the QA team;

• Construct and oversee crucial, sensitive, and secure back-end architecture and logic;

• Manage and refresh the company’s marketing website;

• Utilize AI tools efficiently to expedite the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer;

• Extensive expertise in React (experience with Next.js is advantageous);

• Significant hands-on experience with Python and Java;

• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), both written and verbal;

• Proven capability to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces with meticulous attention to detail;

• Practical experience in maintaining and customizing WordPress;

• Strong team player with a successful track record;

• Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt swiftly.
