Program/Data Analyst – Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the collection and analysis of data for a government initiative

• Improve and develop reporting and analytics functionalities

• Aid in forecasting models, create automated reporting solutions, and design dashboards

• Develop briefing materials, perform analyses, and manage data collection activities

• Track and support the progress of individual team members

• Provide updates and direction according to DAIM standards

• Conduct annual performance assessments

• Prepare and deliver findings to agency leadership

• Supervise the quality and output of analytical reports

• Gather, analyze, and visualize data utilizing a data visualization platform such as Power BI or Tableau

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, or a related field

• Experience in leading data projects and initiatives or managing data-centric teams

• Knowledge of handling sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) and ensuring customer data integrity

• Proficient in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)

• Familiarity with scripting languages (such as R and Python)

• Proficient in SQL and knowledgeable about relational databases

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA

• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

• Experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved communities is preferred
