This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Accountable for coordinating key project components, which include identifying and resolving issues, developing roadmaps, enhancing capabilities, training, implementing strategies, and ensuring sustainability in support of clinical quality improvement initiatives.
β’ Act as a contributor by offering systematic support for significant projects while also leading smaller, clearly defined initiatives.
β’ Assist in the development and achievement of metrics that demonstrate successful performance following implementation.
β’ Provide administrative and logistical assistance to maintain and ensure accountability for process improvement programs.
β’ An Associate's Degree in science, arts, or applied science is required.
β’ Completion of coursework in project management is necessary.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector focusing on project planning, scheduling, and the implementation of quality improvement methodologies.
β’ Proficiency in delivering both oral and written presentations.
β’ Must possess the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines, establish priorities, follow through on tasks, and collaborate effectively with others.
β’ A valid Driver's License issued by the CA Department of Motor Vehicles is REQUIRED.
β’ Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
