Program Support and Data Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the integration and distribution of data for the Small Spacecraft Technology (SST) Program.

• Offer information management support for the SST Program.

• Create and maintain systems for SST that store and organize data effectively.

• Manage, organize, store, and analyze both programmatic and technical data along with related data products.

• Distribute data to external stakeholders to facilitate communication regarding program achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

• Conduct weekly SST meetings to gather, update, and rectify program data.

• Monitor incoming proposals and ensure accurate data entry into a database.

• Provide technical writing assistance and support for Section 508 compliance.

• Evaluate database performance and suggest modifications and enhancements.

• Resolve conflicts regarding data naming conventions, privacy, and ownership.

• Identify, define, and analyze specifications and structures for database management systems.

• Formulate and implement policies concerning data security, integrity, and access.

• Prepare training documentation and guidelines for analysts and end users.

• Stay updated on trends in database management systems and related technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical discipline.

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in one or more of the following: Power Automate, Python, SQL, API usage, Data Visualization (e.g., PowerBI or Tableau).

• Preferred experience in ETL & Data Modeling.

• Capability to design, test, secure, and manage databases while extracting, transforming, modeling, and loading data.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
