Program Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist with a contract involving the NOAA Research Office of Ocean Exploration and Research (OER)

• Create technical reports and strategic plans for senior management

• Evaluate intricate technical documents and gather data from various subject matter experts (SMEs)

• Deliver technical and administrative support for NOAA working groups

• Collaborate with NOAA Line and Program Offices to formulate strategies

• Oversee the maintenance of the program's intranet site

• Provide counsel on Days at Sea (DAS) requirements for vessels used in ocean exploration

• Implement projects aimed at enhancing current technologies

• Serve as a technical and administrative liaison to support program strategy

• Develop technical reports and strategic plans for senior management

• Conduct quality control to ensure deliverables are precise, efficient, and meet Government-approved timelines

• Analyze complex technical documents and consolidate data from various SMEs and scientific fields

• Offer lead technical and administrative support for NOAA working groups

• Collaborate with NOAA Line and Program Offices

• Update and manage the program's intranet site

• Coordinate the gathering and analysis of information across the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR)

• Provide technical analysis to the NOAA Fleet Council
