This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
β’ Assist in the planning, implementation, and oversight of energy efficiency initiatives.
β’ Facilitate and support program-related activities, events, tasks, and deliverables.
β’ Perform research and analyze data related to the market, customers, competitors, and energy-efficient equipment.
β’ Assess market potential, opportunities for program growth, and networks involving distributors, contractors, and trade allies.
β’ Work collaboratively with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Customer Care, and various cross-functional teams.
β’ Formulate strategies for outreach, sales, customer targeting, decarbonization, equity and affordability, lead generation, and value propositions.
β’ Create and maintain reports, schedules, meeting notes, client presentations, technical specifications, calculations, and other relevant documentation.
β’ Summarize research findings and deliver actionable recommendations.
β’ Offer administrative and communication support, which includes coordinating meetings.
β’ Assist with opportunities in clean energy programs, process enhancements, service provider engagement, contractor onboarding, and QA/QC standards.
β’ A minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours is required by the start date, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
β’ Must successfully pass any required background checks, which may include drug testing.
β’ U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Work Authorization is mandatory.
β’ Strong skills in organization, time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and collaborative communication abilities.
β’ Capability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
β’ Experience in program coordination, documentation, research, data gathering, market analysis, or sales planning projects.
β’ Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or VBA is advantageous.
β’ Interest in energy efficiency, market research, and sales strategy.
β’ Knowledge of HVAC, water heating, space heating, kitchen equipment, or lighting technologies is a plus.
β’ Options for remote work.
