Program Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the University of Auckland, including its programs, admission criteria, and application processes.

• Assist and contribute to the University’s goals through market development and engagement activities aimed at full degree, study abroad, exchange, and mobility students.

• Interact professionally and in alignment with the values, policies, and guidelines of New Zealand’s premier education institution.

• Market the University and its offerings to prospective students.

• Participate in study abroad and student exchange fairs and events.

• Deliver presentations at partner institutions, industry fairs, conferences, and other events.

• Communicate with applicants throughout the admission process to ensure they receive adequate support and information.

• Experience in the international education sector.

• Background in outreach and engagement with international students.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Emotional intelligence and capacity to foster trusted partnerships.

• Capability to maintain a solid understanding of the local study abroad market.

• Experience in relationship management within the international education context.

• Over 3 years of experience in the international education field, ideally focusing on student exchange, study abroad, and short courses.

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
