Program Nurse Manager – Care Collaborative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Provide statewide clinical leadership, support, training, and oversight for a network of over 90 healthcare organizations across more than 70 counties.

• Ensure the consistent application of evidence-based clinical protocols.

• Act as the primary clinical resource, delivering consultation, training, and performance feedback to enhance patient outcomes.

• Lead, plan, execute, and assess the OB simulation training aimed at improving maternal and neonatal safety.

• Travel to participating health organizations to conduct training sessions.

• Develop and sustain strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders and local leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing.

• Licensed in the State of Kansas.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Understanding of general nursing theory and practice.

• Willingness to travel to participating sites for training and follow-up purposes.
