
Program Manager – Urban Indian and Tribal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of strategic initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution and optimization.
• Ensure that programs are aligned with OCHIN's mission and organizational objectives.
• Develop and sustain relationships with internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to the program.
• Communicate updates on program progress, results, and future plans.
• Utilize project management methodologies to prioritize tasks, manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain governance and quality standards.
• Leverage data and analytics to steer program direction and enhance deliverables and member experience.
• Identify opportunities for increasing adoption and optimizing tools, technologies, and processes.
• Keep track of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and internal services.
• Foster a member-centric culture and uphold the integrity of OCHIN's brand.
• Provide consultation and technical support as needed.
• Manage compliance with grants and relationships with funders.
• Serve as the voice of the program to ensure effective stakeholder communication and process alignment.
• Travel for Go-Live installations, training, or on-site support as necessary.
• Experience with Epic software is essential.
• A bachelor’s degree is acceptable along with relevant program management experience.
• Required project management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with Indian Health Services and organizations within the tribal health sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory and funding programs associated with Tribal and Urban Indian health.
• Prior experience with Tableau is beneficial.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Epic Clinical Content Builder accreditation is required.
• Completion of Epic Super User training.
• Completion of Epic OB Navigator training.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Capacity to work independently and efficiently from a home office.
• Access to high-speed internet service.
• A distraction-free workspace is necessary.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to appear on camera for all virtual meetings.
• COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption is required.
• Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.
