• Take charge of designing and implementing our yearly university recruiting calendar, which includes selecting target schools, planning events, and managing timelines for intern and new graduate hiring cycles.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for intern and new graduate positions, from requisition through to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Establish and nurture relationships with career centers, student organizations, faculty, and diversity-oriented university initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to anticipate headcount requirements, outline role specifications, and synchronize recruiting strategies.
• Create and monitor recruiting metrics (such as conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, etc.) and provide insights to leadership regarding the effectiveness of the program.
• Consistently enhance the candidate experience and streamline recruiter workflows by implementing process documentation, tools, and feedback mechanisms.
• Act as a representative for the company brand on campus, managing our presence at career fairs, information sessions, hackathons, and various recruiting events.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in university or campus recruiting, with direct responsibility for intern and/or new graduate hiring programs.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining an annual university recruiting calendar across various schools and events.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external university representatives.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and experience in recruiting data reporting.
• A detail-oriented and process-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
