This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Lead the results for significant strategic technical initiatives within the Product/Tech Integrations & Tooling sectors across various organizations.
β’ Establish both short-term and long-term objectives and priorities, ensuring successful project delivery and achievement of OKRs.
β’ Enhance integration processes, tool health, and access management through simplification, standardization, and automation.
β’ Develop internal tools and dashboards to assess program health and operational efficiency.
β’ Oversee cross-project technical and operational dependencies.
β’ Manage the organizational launch review processes for major updates in products, pipelines, and policies.
β’ Facilitate technical decision-making by analyzing data and evaluating trade-offs.
β’ Act as the primary liaison between engineering development and operational integration.
β’ Identify solutions to intricate operational challenges and risks.
β’ Provide mentorship to Technical Specialists and Program Managers.
β’ Promote a quality-first culture within a high-velocity work environment.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in managing complex technical programs and tech-enabled operations, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in people management.
β’ Capability to translate operational limitations into technical specifications.
β’ Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies.
β’ Proficient in implementing novel concepts to overcome technical and operational obstacles.
β’ Expertise in SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., PLX/Looker).
β’ Ability to navigate complex database structures to guide decisions and facilitate automated reporting.
β’ Capacity to excel in a highly ambiguous and dynamic environment.
β’ Experience with rapidly evolving technologies is preferred.
β’ Background in AV / AI / Data Operations is preferred.
β’ Experience in establishing standardized governance, processes, and tools for PMO / Center of Excellence is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle is preferred.
β’ Experience with Lean / Six Sigma process improvement methodologies is preferred.
β’ Experience working in a multi-geography setting and leading distributed teams is preferred.
