This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the enablement process for hiring managers and interviewers from start to finish.
• Spearhead the comprehensive implementation of AI-driven solutions and programs throughout Talent Acquisition workflows, from initial scoping and design to piloting, launching, and refining.
• Manage Headway’s employee referral program, revamping it to activate our current employee network as a valuable source of high-quality talent.
• Collaborate across the organization to enhance Headway’s talent brand, aiding in the achievement of our candidate pipeline objectives for scalable hiring.
• Create, initiate, and expand TA enablement programs, focusing on recruiter skill enhancement, onboarding for tools, and documentation that adapts to a high-volume, fast-paced hiring landscape, increasingly driven by the agentic workflows you establish.
• Establish success metrics for every program you oversee; your key performance indicators will include the number of end users enabled, AI-driven solutions deployed, and the sustained adoption across Talent Acquisition and hiring teams, supported by dashboards that highlight the ROI of enablement.
• Test and expand AI-assisted methodologies for various recruiting tasks, including job description creation, candidate screening assistance, interviewer preparation, and communication drafting.
• Advocate for responsible AI usage by collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and IT to set boundaries and ensure that AI-supported hiring processes adhere to data privacy regulations and employment laws.
• Collect feedback, discern patterns, and refine your programs and the underlying workflows.
• You have experience managing enablement or learning programs from inception to completion—designing the experience, overseeing the rollout, assessing the impact, and making improvements.
• AI tools are an integral part of your work; you utilize them, have formed opinions on their efficacy, and are already exploring the development of workflows and automations (and are eager to delve deeper).
• You possess the ability to create effective prompts across diverse workflows and have a sufficient understanding of how LLMs function to teach others and assess their outputs.
• You are comfortable engaging directly with AI tools and real data (such as an ATS or a tooling stack) to make results discernible.
• You excel at providing structure in ambiguous situations.
• You have experience working within or closely with Talent Acquisition and are familiar with the Recruiter's workflow—understanding what can complicate or simplify their tasks.
• You communicate effectively, adapting your style to suit different audiences.
• You have overseen complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing timelines, and you have a systematic approach to keeping everything organized.
• You are equally proficient in using a project tracker and providing stakeholder updates as you are in facilitating workshops or pilot programs.
