• Oversees the complete delivery of internal, cross-functional strategic initiatives from the planning phase through to implementation.
• Utilizes a profound understanding of the business to define project scope, sequencing, and priorities.

• Propels momentum, execution, and decision-making across various teams.
• Quickly escalates any risks to project objectives or timelines.
• Rapidly acquires context on business goals, financial drivers, and operational limitations.
• Frames options and recommendations for senior leaders, clearly communicating implications and trade-offs.
• Employs strong business judgment to transform high-level stakeholder concepts into actionable initiatives with clear scope, timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
• Collaborates closely with senior leaders and functional owners to synchronize expectations and foster progress.
• Facilitates cross-functional working sessions and decision-making forums.
• Provides concise, executive-ready updates focused on outcomes, risks, and necessary decisions.
• Acts as a trusted thought partner to leaders regarding execution strategy.
• Functions as a business user expert and establishes and maintains standards, best practices, and governance for the internal project management tool, Asana.
• Aids departments in sustaining well-managed project portfolios.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Over 8 years of experience in leading internal strategic projects, programs, or enterprise initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to swiftly comprehend new domains and organizational dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in driving execution across various functions without formal authority.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including engagement at the executive level.
• Experience and comfort in working closely with executive leadership or strategy teams.
• Experience serving as a business expert for a project management tool.
• A background in consulting, strategy, operations, or internal transformation roles.
• Experience in scaling, transformation, or mission-driven organizations.
