This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Responsible for executing the relationship strategy for E2 within the strategic accounts nationwide.
• Achieve goals and metrics aligned with the mission and objectives set by the Executive Leadership.
• Foster collaboration with the Company's Safety, Quality, Cost Controls, Continuous Improvement, and Operations Teams to guarantee the successful delivery of projects with excellence, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop and oversee evaluation methods to assess program strengths and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Generate accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle.
• Manage project proposals, contracts, finances, and ensure maximization of profitability.
• Serve as the primary escalation point before involving corporate management.
• Build strong relationships with regional and corporate customer personnel.
• Organize and conduct monthly and quarterly presentations as requested by customers.
• Support Senior Project Managers by providing training, coaching, and motivation.
• Quickly address customer and employee satisfaction issues.
• Collaborate with corporate human resources, information technology, and administration as necessary to achieve business objectives and comply with legal requirements.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer and distribution partners.
• Bachelor's degree required; a focus in Business Administration or Construction is preferred.
• PMP certification is favored.
• RCDD certification is desirable.
• BICSI Technician Certification is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification is mandatory; OSHA 30 is a plus.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth.
• Over 10 years of experience in the construction/telecommunications/data center industry with a robust background in various technology facets.
• Proven experience in program management, leadership, scheduling, cost control, and risk and opportunity management.
• Demonstrated project management success in delivering projects on time, within budget, while maintaining safety and quality.
• Knowledgeable in the data infrastructure industry, including technology, quality, and safety standards.
• Capable of understanding and effectively quoting all aspects of structured cabling systems, including pathways, spaces, horizontal cabling, backbone copper, backbone fiber optic, cross- and interconnections, and testing.
• Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) as well as MS Project.
