This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Aids in the planning and execution of HEC’s programs and improvement initiatives;
• Performs literature reviews and environmental assessments;
• Conducts data analysis and interprets findings;
• Prepares reports, briefing documents, and presentation materials;
• Organizes meetings and events.
• Assists with project management and system delivery requirements for HEC’s programs, which includes designing and executing project timelines, milestones, activities, tracking, and monitoring to ensure proper follow-up and completion of deliverables.
• Collaborates with team members and external partners to design and implement program curricula, encompassing both virtual and in-person workshops.
• Regularly evaluates team participation and deliverables, including attendance at webinars and educational sessions.
• Analyzes, synthesizes, and/or produces summary reports of deliverables.
• Engages in calls related to the program area; takes and maintains meeting minutes with clear summaries and action items.
• Aids in the creation of improvement resources, products, and tools that support the delivery of HEC’s improvement methodology to its teams and partners.
• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare improvement, health policy, public health, epidemiology, community health, or a related discipline; or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience is mandatory.
• At least three (3) years of progressive experience is necessary.
• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred (Advanced “C” level English communication skills are required).
