Program Manager – Specialty Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Acts as the main Task Order Manager overseeing the complete lifecycle of program and project management activities.

• Aids VA leadership in achieving specific program objectives by creating and sustaining comprehensive project plans and timelines.

• Enhances collaboration among interdisciplinary teams, federal stakeholders, and contractor personnel.

• Produces, evaluates, and presents high-quality programmatic documents, including status reports and executive-level presentations.

• Recognizes program risks, issues, and dependencies, and proposes corrective action plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare program and project management.

• A Master’s Degree is required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Program Management, or a closely related discipline.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in support of a large corporation or federal government agency.

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

• Capability to obtain and sustain a VA Position of Public Trust (MBI or higher).
