This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Under the guidance of a designated Mission Technologies Program Manager, receive training as an All Domain Operations (ADO) Program Manager.

• Acquire knowledge of program management principles, technologies, core operational functions, and the responsibilities associated with civilian program/project management.

• Collaborate with a mentor and senior leadership to complete impactful projects.

• Develop an understanding of schedules, performance metrics, and the processes for identifying and mitigating risks related to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and various activities.

• Gain insights into program operations, production schedules, resource allocation, customer relationships, and profit and loss management.

• Engage in training that spans all phases of the program from initiation to completion.

• Provide support for a program based in one primary geographic location while also covering remote sites, various business functions, and assigned personnel.

• Learn to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of the company’s programs.

• Facilitate the resolution of production-related issues.

• Manage the necessary manpower support requirements throughout the performance of task orders.

• Gain knowledge in federal contracting, contract vehicles, business development, capture management, proposals, and standardization practices.

• Establish a network with senior leadership within the All Domain Operations Business Group.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be active-duty military personnel, within the last 180 days of active-duty service.

• Applications will be accepted within the final 12 months of active-duty service.

• Must be a transitioning US military service member.

• Possess program/project experience and a technical background.

• Education and experience will vary depending on the Program of Instruction.

• Demonstrate a commitment to mastering HII standards and skills in Program and Project Management.

• Preferred candidates will have 10–15+ years of Program Management experience.

• PMP/PMI certification is preferred.

• DAWIA Level 3 certification is also preferred.

• Security Clearance: TS/SCI is required.
