Program Manager – Scholar Learning Experiences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with program teams to facilitate the seamless delivery of all scholar learning experiences throughout the 6-year journey.

• Document and uphold the organization’s multi-year program map highlighting outcomes and learning experiences over the 6-year span.

• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to program interns.

• Act as the administrator for scholar-facing platforms, including the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS).

• Oversee scholar and staff enrollments across various platforms, including academic course rosters for the Summer Academy and program-related enrollments during the academic year.

• Offer troubleshooting and support to both staff and scholars.

• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data views in Salesforce.

• Investigate the application of artificial intelligence, simulations, and other emerging technologies to enhance and streamline the scholar learning experience.

• Provide assistance and training to seasonal staff members.

• Ensure the academic program is adequately resourced throughout the summer.

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including establishing clear objectives, creating timelines, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.

• Utilize Asana to organize projects, assign responsibilities, track progress, and keep deadlines updated.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience.

• 2+ years of experience in K-12 or higher education environments, preferably with a background in education administration.

• Familiarity with LMS administration and comparable learning platforms.

• Experience in project management within educational, non-profit, and/or college access contexts.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently at a high level.

• Understanding of data and database systems (Salesforce experience preferred).

• Expertise in instructional design and learning sciences principles is preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
