Program Manager, Roundtables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and oversee programs and projects to guarantee timely delivery, staying within scope and budget.

• Collaborate with internal partners across various pillars, regions, and programs to establish program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

• Serve as the primary contact for program operations, coordinating with cross-functional and external partners.

• Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up to ensure accountability.

• Identify and address risks and obstacles to successful program delivery; escalate issues when necessary.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and partners.

• Assist with contracting, vendor coordination, and resource management as required.

• Utilize data and partner feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Support training sessions, events, or gatherings as dictated by program needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong skills in program and project management as well as organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and facilitation abilities.

• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives with competing priorities.

• Capability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.

• Ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and apply insights for decision-making.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.

• Occasional travel may be necessary, typically not exceeding 10–20%.

• Primarily sedentary role involving extended computer usage.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.

• Must be able to travel as needed.
