Program Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Real Estate Strategic Planning in conducting research, analysis, and managing documents for essential projects, particularly focusing on cross-departmental collaboration with Construction and Acute Facilities Management.

• Aid the real estate team with in-house transactions, particularly those arising from mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.

• Address inquiries from the markets and third-party transaction managers concerning lease agreements, operating expense calculations, landlord issues, and manage other operational challenges as they emerge.

• Comprehend and advocate for the processes and policies outlined in the BSMH Real Estate Manual.

• Work autonomously to carry out a diverse array of tasks related to the corporate real estate activities of the Ministry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (4-year degree).

• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare or commercial real estate, or other pertinent experience supporting projects and operations within a large organization.

• Proficient in computer and software applications (MS Office Suite).

• Must have a high level of proficiency in MS Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.

• Proven track record of delivering results while working entirely in a virtual environment.

• Strong customer focus for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in virtual settings, face-to-face meetings, and through email correspondence.

• Strong research capabilities.
