Program Manager – Product Resilience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the organization's product resilience strategy that aligns with business goals and customer commitments.

• Establish governance protocols, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics to monitor and enhance resilience throughout products and supply chains.

• Identify enterprise-wide priorities for addressing supply chain, manufacturing, supplier, obsolescence, capacity, and geopolitical risks.

• Direct strategic planning and long-term resilience initiatives to bolster organizational readiness and operational continuity.

• Ensure that resilience efforts are integrated into new product introductions (NPI), sourcing strategies, and program execution.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Resilience Project Managers, analysts, and cross-functional leaders.

• Act as the primary liaison connecting Procurement, Supplier Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, and Operations regarding resilience priorities.

• Present resilience strategies, business cases, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, operations, program management, engineering, manufacturing, or business leadership roles.

• Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives within a matrixed environment.

• Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence executive leadership.

• Advanced analytical and business acumen skills with experience in utilizing data to drive organizational decisions.

• Experience in managing large-scale cross-functional programs that involve multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain risk management, operational resilience, and business continuity principles.
