This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee program(s) according to the defined scope of work, program guidelines, and standard operating procedures within the allocated budget.
• Supervise daily operations of the program and ensure a smooth workflow throughout its duration, including staff oversight.
• Possess a solid understanding of protocols, contractual obligations, program workflow, and/or the scope of work for the assigned program(s).
• Monitor program metrics to guarantee compliance with program SLAs.
• Assist in management decisions concerning program development and design, as well as the restructuring of program requirements.
• Travel to and participate in relevant meetings and conferences as necessary.
• Present program information to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in the hiring process of potential employees, assess current employees, and provide training as required.
• Contribute to team communication and collaboration during the development, management, and closure of assigned programs.
• Participate in client kick-off and planning meetings.
• Attend internal and external team meetings.
• Document decisions and discussions into established workflow processes.
• Facilitate coordination among teams and team members to ensure successful program initiation.
• Assist in the creation of program metrics.
• Participate in client and/or FDA audits.
• Identify opportunities for improving program processes.
• Gather information regarding the effectiveness of processes throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collect and analyze program metrics, as applicable.
• Report on and evaluate process efficiencies, as relevant.
• Ensure training materials are precise and regularly assess the need for group training sessions or additional resources for the program.
• Maintain program team performance by ensuring alignment with company and project objectives.
• Balance the dual responsibilities of supervising staff and supporting the upkeep of associated program applications.
• Foster program team performance through planning, monitoring, and assessing job outcomes while ensuring a high standard of team productivity.
• Assist in the analysis and drafting of client reports and other deliverables, including the presentation of program information to stakeholders.
• Resolve escalated and outstanding issues that may necessitate deviations from standard procedures or require extensive investigation for resolution.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Actively engage in both in-person and virtual meetings/events (internal and external).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an Associate Degree with equivalent professional experience.
• 5 to 8 years of pertinent experience, or 3 to 5 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• At least 1 year of previous managerial experience.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to proactively communicate and address issues with a strong sense of urgency.
• Highly developed written communication and documentation skills for creating program materials, specific procedures, and application requirements.
• Client-facing skills to foster and manage relationships.

• Capacity to analyze information and identify trends.
• Organizational skills to coordinate people and systems to achieve objectives.
