Program Manager, Partner Events – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel partner-driven growth for ChromeOS within Enterprise and EDU sectors through comprehensive field marketing strategies and enhanced program operations.

• Oversee daily functions of the Chrome Enterprise Recommended partner initiative.

• Organize partner onboarding processes, manage content review workflows, and facilitate enablement requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Keep program documentation, engagement frameworks, and model updates current.

• Assist in program launches, partner communications, introduction of new benefits, requirement updates, and system modifications.

• Monitor co-selling incentives and manage Marketing Development Fund applications.

• Align launch schedules with Product Marketing and Web teams.

• Ensure partner communications and service-level agreements for the CER alias are maintained.

• Oversee partnership contracts, NDAs, annual program updates, and compliance reviews.

• Design and execute events led by Google, partners, and third-party organizations in the industry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and track financial expenditures.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business, Communication, Technology, or related work experience.

• Robust experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the SaaS or hardware sectors.

• Demonstrated success in creating and delivering training or enablement programs.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of Google Cloud or the Chrome Enterprise ecosystem.
