Program Manager, Part-Time – 1099 Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement work standards, schedules, resources, and performance expectations

• Supervise contractor personnel and foster effective, motivated teams

• Assess performance, costs, budgets, deliverables, and resource utilization

• Collaborate with client sponsors throughout all program activities

• Integrate multifaceted projects and effectively address BPA requirements

• Distribute funds and resources to meet strategic project goals

• Draft responses to BPA calls and required project deliverables

• Implement business process enhancements to improve program performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without the need for sponsorship

• Capacity to undergo background investigations and Personal Identity Verification (PIV)

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience in business, management, information systems, or related fields

• Strong foundation in project management

• Project Management Professional certification is preferred

• Proven ability to guide and direct staff, with expertise in managing and controlling funds and resources

• Experience in leading and integrating components of complex projects to achieve desired outcomes through strategically aligned goals

• Expertise in business process reengineering is preferred
