This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with daily operations across National Network programs.
• Create and uphold integrated program work plans for provider network initiatives.
• Conduct weekly status evaluations, risk assessments, and leadership briefings.
• Monitor milestones and ensure accountability for project deliverables.
• Develop and oversee centralized logs for risks and issues.
• Identify and relay risks, obstacles, and dependencies.
• Prepare concise, structured, and presentation-ready weekly executive summaries.
• Integrate program data into reports on progress, risks, mitigation strategies, decisions, and milestones.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance project planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
• Create standardized reporting templates.
• Assist with presentations for the Executive Leadership Team, Vice Presidents, and governance forums.
• Coordinate activities across Network Development & Contracting, Provider Operations, Data/Analytics, and IT/System Configuration.
• Align enterprise teams with market-level execution strategies.
• Clarify roles, responsibilities, and handoff processes.
• Lead project teams and manage multiple vendors.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or Computer Science is required.
• Equivalent years of pertinent work experience may be accepted in lieu of the required education.
• A minimum of five (5) years of project management experience is required.
• Four (4) years of experience in provider network, development, contracting, and provider lifecycle management is preferred.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with project management software is necessary.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, relationship-building, critical listening, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to achieve consensus and shape strategies to meet objectives.
• Capability to lead a project team comprising 20+ core members and various vendors.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management processes, techniques, tools, and development lifecycle, preferably Agile.
• Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry, with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare.
• PMP or equivalent certification/training is required.
• PgMP certification is preferred.
• General office environment; may require sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Travel is generally not required.
