Program Manager – Modern Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee comprehensive cloud migration projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

• Manage data center consolidation and migration efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to reduce downtime and facilitate smooth transitions.

• Create and execute transformation strategies aimed at optimizing IT infrastructure and enhancing operational effectiveness.

• Work in partnership with IT, operations, and business units to synchronize project objectives with organizational goals.

• Administer project budgets, timelines, and resources, guaranteeing delivery within established scope and financial parameters.

• Recognize and address risks linked to cloud migrations and data center consolidation projects.

• Provide consistent project updates to senior management and stakeholders, emphasizing progress, challenges, and resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager with a focus on cloud migrations, transformations, and data center consolidations.

• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, network design, and security.

• Exceptional project management abilities with a proven history of delivering intricate IT projects.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

• PMP certification or other relevant project management credentials is advantageous.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Understanding of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.

• Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to data center operations and cloud services.
