Program Manager – Microsoft Services Consulting

📋 Description

• Serve as the main strategic advisor for clients, ensuring consulting solutions align with their business objectives.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across various industries.

• Foster and sustain robust client relationships, acting as a reliable partner throughout the engagement lifecycle.

• Propel business development by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful outcomes.

• Facilitate communications at the executive level and manage stakeholder reporting.

• Supervise the financial performance of engagements, including billing and forecasting.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and enhance client satisfaction.

• Assist in supporting strategic transformation initiatives for clients.

• Contribute to the creation of consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices.

• Financial acumen with experience in managing engagement-level budgets and profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is preferable.
