This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee pharmaceutical program(s) in accordance with the defined scope of work, procedures, and budget agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and fostering rapport.
• Supervise daily program operations and manage assigned personnel.
• Drive performance accountability for the team and its members.
• Track and report on program statistics and performance indicators.
• Address issues that may threaten compliance with contracted standards.
• Organize schedules and prioritize program activities effectively.
• Work collaboratively across departments on operational duties.
• Assist in the creation of client reports and other deliverables.
• Present program data, insights, and information to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at process and performance enhancement.
• Mobilize stakeholders for the design, improvement, and modification of programs.
• Attend relevant meetings and conferences as necessary.
• Participate in the recruitment, evaluation, and training of new employees.
• Provide both verbal and written feedback on performance to team members.
• Ensure adherence to training deadlines and corporate confidentiality policies.
• Maintain consistent compliance with SOPs.
• Assist in identifying requirements, developing specifications, and conducting User Acceptance Testing as necessary.
• Complete other assigned tasks or projects as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or Patient Services.
• Proven experience managing Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar personnel.
• Proficient in reporting HUB metrics and conveying trends to clients.
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet usage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
• Solid technical skills with experience in various CRM software platforms.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the role, a drug screening.
