Program Manager – JD Edwards Consulting Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, encompassing discovery, scoping, proposal assistance, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and project closure.

• Collaborate with leadership and consulting teams to establish project scope, timelines, resource needs, budgets, and delivery strategies.

• Ensure all project outputs align with the defined scope, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering regular project updates, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.

• Coordinate with internal consultants, technical teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to keep projects on schedule.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and the overall health of the project.

• Anticipate potential issues, proactively formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate risks as necessary.

• Manage changes in scope, prioritize conflicting demands, and ensure alignment between business goals and project execution.

• Lead project meetings, status updates, and communications with executives.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for confident interaction with clients and internal teams.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to assess project risks, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues promptly.

• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various project management tools.

• Experience in managing ERP or enterprise software implementation projects, including migrations, integrations, upgrades, or digital transformation efforts.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, Infor, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar.

• Background in consulting or professional services.

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
